Cancelation policy

Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once processing begins (picking, packing, or label creation), cancellations are no longer possible. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy instead.

Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 4 business days.

Exceptions

• Custom, personalized, sale, or final sale items cannot be cancelled.
• Items marked as non-cancellable on the product page are not eligible.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
