At High Score Comics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer simple and transparent return and refund options.

Returns

• Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be new, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Items that arrive defective or damaged are accepted regardless of condition.
• Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
• Method: Returns can be made in-person at 5140 W Peoria Ave #100, Glendale, AZ 85302, United States, or by mail using the return label included in your package.
• Cost: Returns are free — there is no restocking fee.

Exchanges

We also accept exchanges for items of the same value. Contact us at contact@highscorecomics.com to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

• Processing time: Refunds are processed within 4 business days of receiving your returned item.
• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

• Returned items must be new, unopened, and unused, with original packaging intact (unless the item arrived defective or damaged).
