Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time. All timeframes are counted in business days (Mon–Fri) and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Phoenix, AZ) will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

We are actively working on expanding our shipping services to additional countries in the future.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Items

We take every precaution to ensure your order is securely packaged. However, if your package is lost, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
