1. What types of products do you sell?

We offer both new and gently used items, including bestsellers, classics, and unique finds. Each used item is carefully inspected and accurately described before sale.

2. Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States.

3. How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase required.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipping time: 2–6 business days (Monday–Friday)

Delivery times begin once your order has shipped and are estimates provided by carriers.

5. Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes. Local customers may choose in-store pickup at:

Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for both new and used items.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged on arrival).
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
